Company Organisation
IK Consulting Engineer is
located in the hearth of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
Management Board manages the
company and conducts business. It is bound to the interests
of the company and is responsible for achieving sustainable
increase in the value of the company. It decides on the
strategic direction of the company, obtains Shareholders
Board approval of this and ensures the overall strategy is
implemented.
The projects are executed
through six specialized departments, led by two Deputy
Directors.
In our projects we have to
master a broad spectrum of relevant disciplines at the same
time, combining them into integrated consulting advice.
Therefore we have a flexible project organisation, based on
in-house expertise. Design is undertaken using advanced
software and tailor made programmes to meet unique demands
of the projects.
Marketing department covers both
international and regional marketing activities. Specialised
departments provide technical support for preparation of
offers.
